- Production time is around 1 week (depending on the total order quantity from this shop update). Production will start after the shop update is closed.
- If you purchase ready stock and preorder items in the same order, they will be grouped and shipped together when everything is ready.
- Preorder items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order is placed, as production may have already started.
- For order cancellation (non-preorder items only), the platform transaction fee will be deducted before the refund is issued.
- Some countries have NO normal airmail, please check with me before you purchase.

About a week ago, I shared my new Magnetic Grip Stand on my IG Story, and I received many messages from fans asking if I could help them purchase one. At first, I was happy to assist without charging any fees, but as the demand grew, I had to consider the time and effort involved. Unfortunately, due to the increasing workload, I will now need to charge a service fee for handling orders. 🙏

📌 Pricing will be calculated as follows:
Cost + Shipping Fee(shop to my house) + Website Fee + Repackaging + USD 3

Moving forward, these items will be available as pre-order purchases through a proxy service. If you're interested, please DM me first to check availability before placing an order on my website! 💌 Since all styles are pre-order only, I will place orders with the original designer based on your requests. I have also received authorization from the designer, and there is another seller on Etsy offering these items as well, so you can decide where you'd like to place your order.

- All orders are shipped via registered international airmail WITH a tracking number.
- The cost of shipping depends on the product's weight.
- I send out your package to the address listed on your order. Please double-check your address.

💜 Estimated shipping times(Instock)
- Normally 16-30days
*because of the COVID19, some counties stop all the normal airmail flights from Hongkong( only allow sending it by sea" which is take 2-4months )

On occasion, it can take longer depending on your local postage carrier, your proximity to major postal hubs and custom delays. Please bear this in mind.
