About Pre-order
●Please read the shop policy in the product’s description before you purchase
●Preorder around 2weeks in my online shop.
● The instock QTY depends on how many orders In pre-order.
●Normally the pre-order’s price will be cheaper than instock’s price.
●After 2 weeks if funded will start the production.
●Production normally takes around 4weeks, plus ship to my house.
( However because of COVID-19, or manu make any production issue,I will let them remake and make sure you can receive the perfect pin. so that the production may take TWO MONTHS or longer.)
●After I receive the pins, graded+packing takes around 3-5days.
●If you purchase with preorder product in ONE order, they will group it and ship them together.
●Because of the virus, some country is still blocking normal airmail, so if you can't wait, please check with me before you purchase.
●If you can't wait for pre-order, please wait for instock products
●if you want to cancel the order, you have to pay the fee which the online shop charges me before I refund to you
●(ONLY PREORDER CUSTOMERS)the Grade is the best quality from the batch, if the batch standard is too low, I will let the factory remake it. (please don't use another shop standard compare with my complex design)
Grade A
● the best stock I received in this batch.
( If Softenamel may have bubble or dust in grade A too, because manu can't have a non-dust area to make the pin, so it is so hard to prevent them )
● It May have small flaws which barely to see or Can have very minor flaws that are not really noticeable because it's 100% handmade, manu won't able to make it all perfect.
so hope you can understand
Grade B
● 2+ small point defect which may have small point in main character or obvious point in the not major area
● Can have small flaws that are slightly noticeable like dust
Grade C
● 3+ point big point in main character or large defect( which bigger than grade b) area in the not major area
Grade D/ second
