*This product is made-to-order and will begin production after your order is placed. It is a pre-order item and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
*This item is a collaborative design by me with the artist " Wings ", officially authorized for sale on Etsy. Any other listings with the same design on Etsy are not authorized by either of us.
*Production time is approximately 2week, depending on the total quantity from this shop update. *Production begins after the update closes.
*If your order includes both ready-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together when everything is ready.
*Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order is placed, as production may already be underway.
*For cancellations of non-preorder items, a platform transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
Some countries do not have regular airmail service — please message me to confirm before purchasing.

📌 Important Notes & Care Instructions
• For liquid glitter (flow sand) designs, small air bubbles may appear. This is completely normal and does not affect usage.
• The case fully wraps around the phone to protect all edges, which may slightly lift certain screen protectors.
• Due to the nature of outer printing, minor surface marks or scratches may occur during production or shipping and are not considered defects.
• Please avoid cleaning the printed design with alcohol or strong cleaning agents.
• Do not submerge the case in water. If it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately.
• If your phone model is not shown in the list, please send me a message before you place your order. ^^Stock levels fluctuate, so I recommend asking me before ordering.
• In colder temperatures, the liquid glitter may flow more slowly. This is normal.
• Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from the photos shown due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
• Minor differences between each case are normal due to the production process.
• Avoid exposing the case to excessive heat, pressure, or sharp objects. Prolonged sunlight exposure may affect the liquid inside the case over time.

💜 Shipping method
- All orders are shipped via registered international airmail with tracking number.
- The cost of the shipping depends on the product's weight.
- I send out your package to the address that listed on your order. Please double-check your address.

💜 Estimated shipping times(Instock)
- Normally 16-30days
*because of the COVID19, some counties stop all the normal airmail flights from Hongkong( only allow sending it by sea" which is take 2-4months )

On occasion it can take longer depending on your local postage carrier, your proximity to major postal hubs and custom delays. Please bear this in mind.
