*All will ship by bubble bag; we, the shop, are not liable for damage caused by third-party services such as the postal service. We have done our part to pack and ship your order as best as we can, and once we have passed it on to the postal service, the rest is no longer in our control. We, at the shop, have no jurisdiction over the shipment process, as the postal service handles everything related to shipping. So, if you feel the postal service in your country will be very rude to your package, we highly recommend you place the box fee to protect your goods. Please contact us for +HKD 30 per box.
*This product is made-to-order and will begin production after your order is placed. It is a pre-order item and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
*Production time is approximately 2-3weeks.
*Production begins after the update closes.
*If your order includes both ready-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together when everything is ready.
*Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order is placed, as production may already be underway.
*For cancellations of non-preorder items, a platform transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

- Handle: PU Leather (high:9cms)
- Printed front
- Size:24x20x10cms
- Removable + adjustable shoulder strap(70-130x2cms)
- Zipper opening
- Inside pocket
- Hand wash( the metal part better don't touch the water )
- All handmade items may have 2-3 cm sizes of different .
*not including scarf or acrylic card holder(all decoration) in the photo.

Please note that there may be slight variations in both the size of the tote bag and the size of the printing on each tote bag. The final product could have a difference of 1-2 cm due to the production process and printing techniques. We kindly ask for your understanding of the challenges involved in small-batch production, and please keep in mind that the final product reflects the result of this process.

Additionally, there may be minor marks on the sides, bottom, or interior of the tote bag. As the factory does not operate in a completely dust-free environment, some fabric may naturally incorporate tiny dust particles during the weaving process. These slight marks are likely a result of this and do not affect the bag’s overall quality or durability. If you are extremely particular about such details, please consider this carefully before making a purchase.

Kind Note: The tote bag is at its sturdiest when carrying heavier items with the short handles. The long handles are designed for easier carrying when held together with a clasp. Please refer to the video/reel below for an ideal weight balance:

Please also keep in mind that the actual color of the product may slightly vary from the images displayed on the website due to factors such as monitor brightness and lighting conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Grade A: Represents the highest quality available in this batch.
Grade B: It may have some small defects

if you choose to ship with a box that is +HKD 30, which includes the extra shipping fee+box fee

- All orders are shipped via registered international airmail WITH a tracking number.
- The cost of shipping depends on the product's weight.
- I send out your package to the address listed on your order. Please double-check your address.

💜 Estimated shipping times(Instock)
- Normally 16-30days
*because of the COVID19, some counties stop all the normal airmail flights from Hongkong( only allow sending it by sea" which is take 2-4months )

On occasion it can take longer depending on your local postage carrier, your proximity to major postal hubs and custom delays. Please bear this in mind.
